Install the Battery

Under the raised silver-gray cover of the scanner is the battery compartment. Press the front end with

your finger, push back to open the battery compartment, and install the battery according to the positive

and negative instructions. The batteries must be AA batteries. When you don't use it for a long time,

please take out the battery, so as to avoid battery aging and corrosion of the machine.

Installing the TF Card

The TF card slot is located in the middle of the side of the scanner and is easy to find. Place the scanner

upright with the metal side of the TF card facing up and insert the TF card. The scanner will not work

without a TF card installed. The scanner supports TF card hot swap, that is, the TF card can be plugged

in or unplugged when the scanner is turned on. However, please do not unplug the TF card during the

scanning process. During the scanning process, the TF card is reading and writing data, and if you unplug

the TF card, the data in the TF card is very likely to be damaged.

Switching on and off

After installing the battery and TF card, long press the power button/SCAN button for 4 seconds to switch

on the power. The power button and SCAN build, also known as the scan button, are integrated and located

at the top centre of the machine, in front of the battery compartment. In the power-on state, long press

the power button for 4 seconds to switch off the machine.

Scanning Settings: DPI Settings and JPG / PDF Settings

Above the scanner, the front of the display has an integrated button. The two ends of the button were

identified as "DPI" and "JPG/PDF", respectively, to adjust the accuracy of the DPI and file format settings.

DPI Settings

Press the DPI end, and then the bottom of the screen RESOLUTION line will have "LO", "MI" and "HI" changes.

If the capacity of TF card is enough, it is recommended to choose "HI", thus the scanning quality will be much 

better. "LO" stands for low precision resolution, with a value of 300DPI; “MI” represents medium-precision

resolution, with a value of 600DPI; "HI" represents high-precision resolution, with a value of 900DPI.

DPI refers to the number of pixels per unit area, that is, the scanning accuracy. The current international are

calculated as the number of pixels in a square inch area.

JPG/PDF Settings

Press JPG/PDF that end, and then the FORMAT line at the top of the screen will have "JPG" and "PDF" changes,

used to set the machine to scan the file format.

Scanning: Start and End

After setting up in Step 3, you can start scanning. Let's test this out before we start the scan. First, press the SCAN button,

also known as the power button, and observe whether the SCAN indicator next to the display is on. If it's normal, the

light will come on. Green light means the scan has begun. At this time, move the scanner at a certain speed, and
